First they have to have some proof and can get into trouble for saying the person uses drugs if they prove they don't. but if the judge is a hard-liner he/she will order a test. 9 out of ten times a test is ordered. my father tried that with my mom and the judge ordered test that day.If accused of drug use in custody case do i have to take drug test....?
Yes you will and it will not be just a urine sample. They do hair follicle tests.
