my friend really wants to know lol...If you get a case of endagering a child, will you get drug tested when you go to trial?

Most likely though the drug test can not be used against you on drug possession charges unless during the arrest drugs are uncovered. the best thing for your friend to do is ask his attorney and if he doesn't have one he needs to get one. Not while she is in the process of any hearings. She will get drug tested if she gets put on probation. Hopefully she doesn't get probation. I hope someone who would endanger a child gets serious prison time. But since i know the system i know the deal. She won't get squat.
I dont believe that the court can make you provide a drug test for the charge because they lack probable cause. but they might make you submit a drug test to get your kids back! JUST DONT DO DRUGS YOU IDIOT AND YOU PROBABLY WOULDNT BE IN THE POSITION YOU ARE IN... GREAT ROLE MODEL FOR YOUR KIDS
