My fiance was requested to take a paternity test back on October of 2008 by his x-wife we just received a letter in the mail today stating that the ';Case was dismissed, due to the other party not showing up'; She lived in Florida and the letter also said that the state was unable to contact her and that's why the case was dismissed...
Now my question is...Can she come back on him again for another test later in the future? She was the one who requested the test and she was the one who never showed up...If the case was dismissed I don't see how she can try to do it again...Can someone with answers PLEASE give me some information about this...Thanks!!!Paternity Testing case was dismissed?

She can but she will have to pay for every thing and have a good reason why she wants it now
